1. Absolute Prohibition of Commercial Resale (No Resale)
By purchasing a Moss & Co. piece, you are acquiring an item for personal and exclusive use.

It is strictly prohibited to use our products for commercial purposes, create secondary stores to resell our items, or attempt to profit from our brand without formal written authorization signed by us. Any attempt will result in an immediate block from future purchases and legal action.
2. Product Integrity and Customization Upon Request (Paid License)
We design urban art to be worn exactly as it was conceived. Our brand is unique in the world, and we want to keep it that way.

Zero Unauthorized Modifications: It is prohibited to make any type of modification to the t-shirt or any product of the brand on your own (adding drawings, removing or altering the logo). Do not buy our pieces to deface or damage them.

Premium Customization Service: If you want to make any modifications or use our piece in a project of your own, you must request formal authorization from the brand. If your request is accepted by us, an extra licensing fee (higher value) will be applied to cover the intellectual rights of the original design.
3. Zero Tolerance Against Copies and Piracy
All our drops, concepts, arts, and designs are protected intellectual property.

It is totally prohibited to copy, clone, or attempt to replicate our products and designs on other websites, print shops, or production platforms. We protect our exclusivity 100%. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate expulsion and a permanent ban from our store and our community.
